This privacy policy applies to the First Roll app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices, created by RoShamBo (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

The Application is designed to work entirely offline. All data you enter — including character sheets, journal entries, notes, and settings — is stored locally on your device only and is never transmitted to the Service Provider or any third party.

The Application does not collect analytics, usage data, crash reports, or any other telemetry.

The Application may request permission to use your device's camera solely to allow you to photograph a character sheet for OCR-based import. Images are processed locally on your device and are never stored by the Application or transmitted anywhere.

The Application includes optional AI features that are disabled by default. If you choose to enable them:

• Bring Your Own Key (BYOK): You may enter an Anthropic API key. When you use an AI feature, the text of your query is sent directly from your device to Anthropic's API (api.anthropic.com). The Service Provider never receives or stores your API key or your queries. Your use of Anthropic's API is governed by Anthropic's Privacy Policy.
• On-Device Model: If you configure an on-device language model, all AI processing occurs entirely on your device and no data is transmitted anywhere.

If you do not enable AI features, no data is ever sent off your device.

The Service Provider does not share any user data with third parties. The only external network communication the Application performs is the optional AI query described above, which goes directly from your device to Anthropic's API when you choose to use it.

You can stop all use of the Application by uninstalling it. All locally stored data will be removed when the Application is uninstalled.

All data is stored locally on your device. The Service Provider does not retain any user data. If you wish to delete your data, you can do so within the Application or by uninstalling it.

The Application does not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13. The Application does not solicit data from or market to children.

All data remains on your device. Sensitive values such as API keys are stored using Android's encrypted DataStore. The Service Provider does not have access to any information stored in the Application.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by updating this page. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
